Education & Experience

I am a seasoned clinician with over 25 years of professional experience providing services to adolescents, adults and couples. I specialize in short and long-term psychotherapy with an emphasis on positive and tangible change. My experience includes the treatment of PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Fears and Phobias, Grief and Mourning, and the use of Clinical Hypnosis for the treatment of Somatic disorders, Life, Wellness and Relationship coaching. I am Certified and Approved Consultant in EMDR-one of the most recommended and effective treatments for Trauma. I provide services in English and Spanish. I have a vast experience working with clients who went through an immigration experience and the grief process that comes together with it. I am a 1995 graduate of Universidad Catolica del Uruguay "Damaso Antonio Larranaga" and 2003 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Southern California University for Professional Studies.
