About Me
I believe every individual has the ability to rise above their tribulations, and through their life experiences find a deeper personal and spiritual meaning. My philosophy is based on a person-centered holistic approach with a heavy reliance on EMDR therapy. My hope is to inspire people to increase their awareness, connect their body-mind, and release negative thoughts and patterns.
Education & Experience
I hold a master’s of science degree in education, mental health counseling, from The University of the Southwest. Major course work included individual, family, child/adolescent counseling, child play therapy, and trauma, with an emphasis on trauma recovery.
