Individuals seek me out for help with complex trauma, dissociative disorders, ADHD, Autism and have a balance of "do" therapy along with talk therapy. I typically use a mix of EMDR, parts work, IFS, and DBT to help you reach your goals and feel better! I am committed to antiracism and I specialize in treating LGBTQIA and neurodivergent folks with affirming care. I am licensed in Wisconsin, Colorado, South Carolina, Vermont, and Florida for online EMDR therapy services.
