About Me
My approach to therapy is warm, empathic, and strength-based. Everyone is different and on their own unique journey. We will work together to fit the treatment to your individual needs and style. I work with children, adolescents and adults to create a safe and supportive environment where we can explore issues such as life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, how to cope with challenges, and acute trauma or any history of trauma. I welcome clients of all cultures and backgrounds, and work to ensure a safe and accepting space for exploration, growth, and change. Please call or email me if you have any questions or to schedule a free initial consultation. I look forward to hearing from you and starting on this journey together.
Education & Experience
I have extensive experience providing acute emergency department support, counseling, and advocacy to crime and trauma survivors and their families at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. I received my MSW degree from Columbia University and my undergraduate degree from Bucknell University.
