As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in working with adults, couples, and families navigating the challenges of trauma, grief and loss, and attachment wounds. My therapeutic approach is relational, compassionate, and culturally sensitive. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. Our work together will begin with open, collaborative conversations about your goals. We'll identify practical steps to help you reconnect with your sense of self, build confidence and self-worth, and move toward the life you truly want.
