About Me
Are you feeling lost, disconnected, anxious, or overwhelmed by the weight of past experiences? You're not alone—and there is hope here. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in working with adults, couples, and families navigating the challenges of trauma, grief and loss, and attachment wounds. My therapeutic approach is relational, compassionate, and culturally sensitive. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. Our work together will begin with open, collaborative conversations about your goals. We'll identify practical steps to help you reconnect with your sense of self, build confidence and self-worth, and move toward the life you truly want. I bring my authentic self to every session and invite you to do the same.
Education & Experience
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Psychology from Wellesley College and a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in Trauma Practice from Simmons University. I have clinical experience providing therapeutic services (individual and group therapy), case management, and administrative operations on interdisciplinary teams in hospitals, private practices, and nonprofit agencies.
