About Me

Hi! I'm Hallie. I’m a licensed psychotherapist, sociocultural anthropologist, and community organizer. I weave together my background in community organizing, my training as a therapist, and lessons learned from my own mental health journey with to help you manage stressors, understand thought and behavioral patterns, set healthy boundaries, and learn to regulate your emotions. I became a therapist to help people accept all parts of themselves and channel their inner knowing into conviction and purpose. We each inherently have everything we need to heal and thrive. I'm a guide to help you find your way.

Education & Experience

I hold graduate degrees from Boston College and University of Texas at Austin in Counseling Psychology and Sociocultural Anthropology. I am an EMDR trained clinician through the EMDR Center of the Rockies. In addition, I am trained in psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) feminist therapy, family therapy, and mindfulness and somatic therapies. In addition to my professional training, I am a certified yoga instructor.
