About Me
I live and work in New York City, and also hold telehealth licenses in Florida and Vermont. I am a parent of two young children and know the juggling involved with working and child rearing. I have always been interested in the human condition, and am forever wanting to learn more about myself and my fellow humans. EMDR has been a wonderful tool
Education & Experience
I received my BA from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. I received my MSW from NYU, and afterward completed a 2 year program in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from NYU. I have specialty expertise in Perinatal Mental Health, and obtained my PMH-C. I will be trained in level 1 of IFS in summer, 2023. I have worked in non-profits, community mental health settings, hospital settings, and in private practice. I love this field, and am always looking to grow, learn, and enhance my skills.
