About Me

You’ve spent so much of your life second-guessing yourself-  trying to earn love, peace, or permission to just be who you are. You’ve learned to scan for danger instead of safety, to accommodate others instead of trusting your own needs, and to question your worth even when your heart was only ever asking to be seen. Over time, that can lead to self-doubt, disconnection from your instincts, and difficulty trusting or validating your needs and emotions. You want support for what you've been through, acknowledgment that it happened and it mattered. You want to stop feeling defined by what others did to you and start living a life that actually feels like yours. I'm Hannah (she/her), and I specialize in walking alongside survivors of abuse as they release fear-based patterns and step into lives that feel authentic, grounded, and deeply fulfilling. My work focuses on supporting driven, passionate women who are ready to get out of their own way and reclaim their power. I'm passionate about helping parentified children who learned too early to suppress their own needs, finally learn what it means to prioritize themselves. Through my experience working with survivors of sexual and domestic assault, I bring trauma-informed care and attachment-based approaches that help you rebuild trust in yourself and recognize that you are worthy of the love you imagine. I work with people who are ready to start believing in themselves again-  to rebuild trust in their instincts, reconnect with their voice, and learn what it means to feel safe in their own skin. Together, we’ll gently untangle the messages that taught you to doubt your worth and begin rewriting your story to one rooted in self-trust, self-compassion, and CHOICE.
