I have been working with childhood and adult trauma clients who experience anxiety, depression, and dissociative symptoms that have come to interfere with daily functioning. I incorporate talk therapy with mindfulness, and body-centered approaches to help soothe and regulate an overactive nervous system and build resources and resilience to face life’s challenges.
