About Me

I am a therapist with over 15 years of experience, practicing EMDR for 10 of those years. I leverage a balance of warmth and academic strengths. I have worked successfully with vetrans, survivors of violent events, and personal traumas. Most recently, my trainings have concentrated on using EMDR and other techniques to help regulate the nervous system of an adult affected by chronic emotional, physical or sexual abuse/neglect during childhood. I am a therapist who is committed to ongoing learning in the field. I attend a week-long, silent retreat annually to sharpen my listening skills.
