About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy for adults in Pennsylvania. I believe all people have the potential to change and an innate ability to heal, but sometimes that system gets overwhelmed and stuck. Using brain-based therapies, I help clients access their nervous system’s natural way of processing both past memories and new information, which lets us address a variety of mental health symptoms, life and relationship patterns and personal growth goals. My approach is relational and collaborative, attachment- and strengths-based and trauma-focused. The primary therapies I use are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Flash Technique and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), and I also integrate other theories and techniques, including ego state or "parts" work, somatic (body-based) therapy, yoga and meditation and creative arts, as appropriate for each individual client. Please contact me if you would like to know more!
