About Me

My approach is client-centered, which means I truly see you as the expert of your own experience. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, perspective, and tools that align with your needs (it's not a one-size-fits-all path). I specialize in helping individuals navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, with a particular passion for EMDR, which has been a powerful tool in my work, supporting clients in processing past experiences and moving toward healing. In sessions, I bring warmth, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor. I want you to feel comfortable being fully yourself (even on the hard days). Genuineness and transparency are at the heart of how I show up as a therapist. I believe being real with each other helps build the kind of trust that leads to lasting, meaningful change. If you're looking for a therapist who values connection, authenticity, and collaboration, I’d be honored to work with you.

Education & Experience

I’ve spent nearly a decade in the helping professions, supporting individuals through some of their most difficult and transformative moments. As a therapist, I draw on a range of evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. My experience includes working with diverse populations and mental health challenges, always with a focus on creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment. I’m trained in EMDR, DBT, TIC, and continue to seek out opportunities to grow professionally so I can offer the most effective and compassionate care possible.
