About Me

I am a LMFT practicing in Folsom (Sacramento area) with a passion for working with children and adults who have experienced trauma and adverse life events. I have experience working with a variety of topics including PTSD, self-esteem, neurodivergence, anxiety, addiction, depression, trauma, life transitions, couples therapy, and more. I take a humanistic approach in therapy and believe it is very important to look at all aspects of our lives when we are on the path towards healing. I utilize many evidence-based practices such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. My approach fosters elements of mindfulness and positive psychology.
