About Me
I utilize client-centered and strengths-based approaches to therapy. I strive to make my clients feel safe and supported in our work together. In addition to EMDR, I incorporate Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I tailor the therapeutic process to the unique needs of each client to help them harness their strengths to achieve their goals. I try to make my sessions filled with attentive listening, curiosity, laughter, problem-solving, and creativity.
