About Me
I am a licensed therapist and practice owner dedicated to helping individuals process trauma, release old patterns, and reconnect with a sense of peace and clarity. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal when provided the right tools and therapeutic support. Through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and expressive approaches, I help clients reduce distress, strengthen resilience, and create lasting change. I’m passionate about bridging clinical excellence with authenticity—helping people not just feel better, but truly transform how they relate to themselves and others.
Education & Experience
I hold a master’s degree in Social Work and have more than a decade of experience working in outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and leadership settings. As the founder of Louisville Health & Healing, I oversee programs focused on trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, substance use, and burnout. My background includes advanced EMDR training, EMDRIA-approved consultation experience, and extensive work integrating trauma-informed care across clinical teams.
