Over 12 years of practice experience working with children and adults. I am a military spouse that specializes in treating trauma and mood related mental health injuries such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, depression and other mood disorders using EMDR and psychoanalytic approaches. I get to the heart of the problem, helping clients resolve early attachment injuries and reducing the impact of current triggers that tend to overwhelm the brain.
