About Me
Hello! I am a therapist who specializes in treating trauma in adults and children. I am trained in both EMDR and IFS and utilize these concepts to help clients heal from past traumas. I also see children and use Play Therapy to help children with anxiety, trauma, and life stressors/changes.
Education & Experience
I have my Masters in Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. As mentioned before, I have training in EMDR and IFS.
