About Me

If you're dealing with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, feeding and eating disorders, relationship concerns, or postpartum struggles I want to help you. I like to collaborate with my clients to aid them in identifying areas of struggle, creating workable goals and plans to help move forward in the change process and re-write unhelpful internal dialogue while creating fresh perspective. I am glad to integrate personal stories, faith, values, DBT and CBT concepts, narrative techniques, and behavioral strategies in tailored ways for each individual. I have experience treating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more at various levels of care for over a decade. I enjoy working with individuals and families in diverse constellations. I've completed levels 1, 2, and 3 of Gottman therapy training, CPT for PTSD training, and EMDR training and I am in the process of becoming a certified EMDR therapist. I am here to listen to what you have to say, and to offer you space to share your feelings and experiences, receive validation and support, and be empowered to begin taking steps towards the changes that will set you up for the hopeful future you want for yourself.
