About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been providing mental health care in Arizona and Utah for the past five years. During the first year of my career, I discovered that my ultimate passion is helping people create thriving, vibrant connections to their sexuality and within their romantic relationships. I am a sex-positive, queer, and kink-affirming therapist. I celebrate and welcome diversity in erotic expression and sexual lifestyle into my office. I am a dedicated professional, and I am taking my EMDR, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), and Sex Therapy (AASECT) skills to the next level by pursuing advanced certifications in these treatment modalities. Outside of work, I’m a travel enthusiast, always searching for my next hike or lake to get my paddle board on, lover of all things horror, child-free auntie, and in a happy 6-year interracial relationship.
Education & Experience
I graduated from the University of Phoenix in January of 2020 with Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I was trained and supervised under an AASECT sex therapist. I spent the next two years working at a trauma clinic where I worked with first responders and treated various types of trauma including PTSD. My entire career has been centered around helping individuals and couples improve the way they interact and relate to their sexuality and romantic relationships and heal from sexual trauma. I am currently waiting for approval for my EMDR certification and I am working on my Emotionally Focused and AASECT Sex Therapy Certifications.
