About Me
I am a person in long-term recovery from addiction and trauma, and my experiences are my inspiration to help others who are struggling! I have two grown children and several furry ones, and I love them all deeply. My life today is full of miracles, and it gives me energy and love for living.
Education & Experience
I earned my BS in Community, Family, and Addiction Science in 2017 from Texas Tech University. I then went on to earn my M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University in 2020. I completed my EMDR training in August of 2022.
