About Me
I’m an elder millennial who enjoys walking, gardening, spending time with my two kids. I don’t like being labeled or reduced to a diagnosis—and that’s how I approach my clients, too. We are all complex human beings navigating a complex world, deserving to be seen beyond our symptoms or stories. I specialize in working with The High-Achiever Who Feels Stuck, The Deep Feeler Who Feels Disconnected, and The Caretaker Who Feels Empty—often those who carry complex PTSD or generational trauma. My approach integrates IFS-informed EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, helping clients regulate their nervous systems, cultivate self-compassion, and begin to view their trauma from a place of safety and distance rather than reactivity and pain.
