I offer a holistic healing approach that integrates talk therapy, somatic practices, and expressive arts. I believe that both the mind and body naturally seek connection and expression, and that healing can take place even without words. As a play therapist, my guiding principle is Play Hard & Heal. My expertise includes working with children, adolescents, and adults between the ages of 8 and 40.
