About Me
I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with adult individuals and couples using an integrative and culturally aware approach. Much of my work centers around first-generation experiences, emotional regulation, relationship dynamics, and identity development. I often support clients who feel caught between expectations—whether in family, faith, or culture—and are looking for a space to make sense of it all.
Education & Experience
I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver (DU). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado and have completed EMDR Basic Training through an EMDRIA-approved program. My clinical experience includes working in private practice and community-based settings, supporting adult individuals and couples through anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, cultural identity issues, and emotional overwhelm. I also have experience using CBT, EMDR, EFT, and trauma-informed care in my day-to-day practice.
