About Me

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in New Jersey, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered to grow. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of New Jersey and started my career working in hospital settings. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how layered and complex mental health care can be—and it also showed me where people often fall through the cracks. Since then, I’ve made it my mission to develop programs and approaches that fill those gaps, always with the individual needs of my clients in mind. Throughout my clinical work, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, and adults across different stages of life. During my internship, I created a support group specifically for LGBTQIA+ individuals in intensive outpatient care. That experience shaped my ongoing commitment to inclusivity and advocacy in the therapy space. My approach is integrative, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing looks different for everyone. I draw from a variety of therapeutic models, including EMDR, Play Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Neurofeedback, DBT, and CBT. I’m also continuing my training in Theraplay, Sandtray Therapy, and ACT, always working to stay curious and open to new ways of helping. If you're looking for someone who truly listens, who sees the whole person—not just a diagnosis—and who will meet you where you are, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
