About Me
Do you ever find yourself asking... Am I good enough? Do I deserve happiness? Why do I keep repeating the same painful patterns? If these thoughts feel all too familiar, you're not alone—and you're in the right place. You may have tried everything to feel better, but deep down, you still struggle with self-doubt, low self-worth, and the belief that you're not truly deserving of the life you want. These feelings are often rooted in childhood or passed down from generations before you. I help people just like you break free from those patterns. Through EMDR, Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I support you in healing the parts of you that carry pain, shame, and fear. Together, we'll work to help you reclaim your confidence and create a life that feels whole, meaningful, and authentically yours. You are worthy of healing. You are worthy of joy. And I'm here to walk alongside you as you embrace this journey towards healing.
