About Me
My approach is informed by attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology and is trauma-informed. For clients who wish to do so, I integrate spirituality and faith into therapy. I have a special interest in working with parents who seek to understand their own stories to create greater healing and positive change in their family lives.
Education & Experience
I have an M.Ed in Counseling from George Mason University. I have bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Virginia Tech, with a minor in Art History.
