About Me

Sometimes people with the worst pasts end up creating the best futures. It is my goal as a therapist to help you reach that future. We all have struggles, failures, and regrets. The acknowledgement of having these battles is the greatest step forward. No matter what obstacles you bring to my office, you can expect to be met with non-judgement, compassion, professionalism, and authenticity. I believe that a solid and honest therapeutic relationship is the foundation for positive growth and change. I work diligently to create the best possible strategy for helping my clients, digging deep into my innate ability to be compassionate towards others and my desire to help others as much as possible.
