About Me

I am a licensed therapist, trainer, and healing justice practitioner whose work centers on childhood, racism-based, and systemic trauma. My approach is holistic, embodied, and culturally grounded, integrating EMDR, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, art therapy, play, storytelling, hip-hop, and somatic awareness to support healing and mental wellness within Black communities and other justice-impacted populations. I work from the belief that healing is not only personal—it is collective. Moving beyond the idea that hurt people hurt people, I hold that healed people have the capacity and responsibility to transform families, systems, and communities. My work emphasizes nervous system regulation, meaning-making, and reconnection to creativity, joy, and ancestral wisdom as pathways to liberation. Through community artivism, clinical practice, and training, I challenge dominant, pathologizing models of care and invite individuals and organizations into love-centered, anti-oppressive, and accountability-rooted approaches to healing. Whether in therapy rooms, training spaces, or community settings, my work honors lived experience, embodiment, and cultural expression as essential tools for restoration and change.
