I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, daily life stressors, relational conflicts, trauma, and PTSD. My goal is to help you improve the overall quality of your life by offering a safe and supportive environment in which you will gain insight, build coping tools, and learn to adjust unhelpful ways of thinking.
