About Me

With over 25 years of clinical experience in the field, I have had the opportunity to provide care in a variety of settings, ranging from residential treatment with adolescents, to working with older adults and the medically fragile in an outpatient treatment setting. From these experiences, I have developed a multi-modal approach to care, utilizing EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational interviewing, and Solution Focused Treatment to support my clientele in reaching their goals. Working with individuals that have suffered from trauma, abuse, chronic stress, and high stress lifestyles, I understand the important connection that exists between physical and mental health. My treatment style is holistic in nature, providing care for the mind, body, and soul.
