About Me
I partner with my clients to help them find their voice, tell their story, re-engage their strengths and cultivate new ways to stay mindful and grounded—no matter what life throws at them. I work with adult individuals suffering from the effects of depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and LGBTQI-related issues. I also help couples across a diverse range of relationship styles navigate difficult conversations and develop secure functioning relationships. I'm certified in treating anxiety (CCATP), a certified Mindfulness Informed Clinician (CMIC), and certified in EMDR—a powerful tool shown to reduce the negative effects of trauma & emotional pain. I also have advanced training in Sex Therapy. My work with couples is founded on the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT-Level 2 Trained Clinician), which utilizes cutting-edge research in neuroscience, attachment theory, and arousal regulation.
