About Me

I love working with attachment-based trauma and relational dynamics. I also have a reputation as a nerd therapist, but work to create neurobiological safety for clients in their personal, subjective experiences. This often looks like clients who are struggling with feeling like there is something wrong with the world, with them, or both, who need to deconstruct their internalized self-perception and reconstruct something more constructive.
