About Me
I have a firmly held belief that everyone deserves not just to survive life, but fully participate in it. One of the most important factors of success in therapy is your relationship with the counselor. It is a big reason why finding a counselor who is a "good fit" is an important decision. That important decision can seem paralyzing but know that I am here to walk alongside you in any way that I can as you build the life that you want. As a counselor, my commitment is to provide a safe and empathetic space where you can explore your challenges, discover your strengths, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth in the pursuit of a life that you do not need to regularly escape from.
