About Me
(TELEHEALTH ONLY) Are you feeling stuck in your healing journey, progress in therapy or life in general? I specialize in supporting people who are ready to take a different approach to therapy that gets to the root causes of your symptoms, including internal struggles like depression, anxiety, relationship challenges and trauma, as well as their intersection with external stressors like political instability and climate change. Rather than focusing solely on a diagnosis, we will work together to understand the origins of your suffering and then co-create an actionable path towards both healing and living a more meaningful life. I invite you to bring your whole self to each session, including all of the values, identities, relationships, environments and systems that impact your life. Our work will weave together an eclectic array of evidence-based techniques, including somatic, cognitive and mindfulness modalities. I am ACT and IFS-informed and trained in EMDR. I am committed to creating a welcoming and culturally sensitive space, including offering gender and poly affirming care. I view myself as a partner on your healing journey and bring warmth, compassion, humor and candor to every session. If you feel like we could be a good fit to work together, I encourage you to reach out to schedule a free consultation!
