About Me

Jamie Page, LISW-S works with adults and couples specializing in complex trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, anger, sexual trauma, and relationship issues. Jamie earned her Bachelor of Social Work from California State University, Long Beach CA and her Master of Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan College, Rochester NY. She comes with twenty-one years of experience working with individuals, couples, and groups. Jamie is a trauma informed therapist who uses an eclectic approach utilizing various therapeutic modalities to best meet the individuals needs including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness-based practices. She has specialized training in various evidence-based practices including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). She also has experience working with couples using the Practical Applications of Intimate Relationships Skills (PAIRS) curriculum. A holistic, strength-based approach guides her practice by exploring with and educating clients about how mind-body-spirit are interconnected.
