About Me
Offering flexible and creative ways to address and treat trauma and attachment. I offer EMDR in both short format or longer intensive formats. I believe healing is possible. Are you feeling stuck in negative emotional patterns and behaviors? I can help you find a way out. I believe and support the body and brain’s natural capacity to heal and will work alongside you to develop and utilize through resources. My approach is individualized and collaborative to your experience and needs. I offer a non-judgmental, safe environment to explore these experiences and work towards growth and healing. I am an EMDR Certified and this is my primary therapeutic model. Currently accepting new clients! I look forward to connecting and scheduling a free consultation for more information! I also provide individual and group EMDR consultation for clinicians.
Education & Experience
Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Pittsburg State University. I did my early work in criminal justice and addiction work. I saw the impact of trauma on every aspect of functioning. I am passionate about EMDR, attachment, and trauma work.
