About Me

Hello! I have been serving North Carolina as an independently licensed therapist since 2015, and have been licensed since 2007. I specialize in women's issues and couples counseling, and provide NCBLCMHC board supervision in North Carolina for Associates. I serve women of all ages with a variety of presenting concerns with specialties in relationships/codependency, PTSD, anxiety, and couples' work. I also provide weekly group therapy options. I am truly passionate about providing ethically and clinically sound care and in being that gentle guide for my clients.
