About Me
I aid individuals and couples with achieving the change they desire through a tailored and integrative approach. I believe that counseling should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where self-discovery and personal growth can be reached through an equal partnership.
Education & Experience
I have been trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) since 2017. I received my Master's degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Washington State University.
