She also utilizes Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Janet has over 30 years experience helping her clients struggling with PTSD, trauma, physical, emotional and sexual abuse, neglect, addiction, substance abuse disorders, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and Dissociative, Bipolar and Personality disorders.
