About Me
I am a trauma psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of trauma and stress-related disorders, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, LGBTQ+ concerns, pregnancy endings, reproductive and perinatal mental health, and the complex emotional impact of loving or relating to someone with Borderline and/or Narcissistic behaviors. My work is grounded in an understanding of how trauma, identity, relationships, and major life transitions shape both our nervous systems and our inner worlds. I am EMDR Certified and often integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) with EMDR to support deep, lasting healing. This integrative approach allows us to compassionately work with protective parts while also addressing the neurobiological imprint of trauma. By blending IFS and EMDR, therapy moves at a pace that respects your system, reduces overwhelm, and fosters greater internal trust, self-leadership, and emotional resilience. In addition to EMDR, I hold certifications in Perinatal Mental Health and the Havening Techniques. This allows me to tailor treatment to your unique needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. I offer free 20 minute introductory calls so we can talk about your hopes for therapy and determine if we are potentially a good match to help you meet your goals. I look forward to connecting with you!
