About Me
After working in the mental health field for almost 20 years, with people who struggled with severe mental illness, I went back to school to upgrade because I wanted to be able to offer more comprehensive therapy. I have training in EMDR, CBT skills, DBT skills, IFS Level 1, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution focused brief therapy. I also utilized the Gottman Method in the relationship work I do. EMDR is the therapy house I tend to work from the most when working with individuals, and I utilize the other modalities to support each client as needed.
