About Me
Therapy is a meaningful, time-limited process that facilitates real, lasting change. You crave a supportive space to explore and connect with your authentic self. Are you ready for the next step, are you feeling stuck, despite your progress you sense there is something missing. How do you know it is time to lean into your healing journey? You are seeking more and ready to embark on a journey that is essential to your healing. re·cov·er·y: the action or process of regaining possession of something lost or stolen Deep Brain Reorienting is a complementary therapy that offers a fresh approach to healing by addressing the brain's response to traumatic experiences. DBR focuses on your brain's physiological reactions to trauma, allowing you to process memories in a way that reduces their emotional intensity. My goal is to be authentic and genuine through your process of exploration. I provide you with a calm space to be empowered while navigating your way through difficult experiences. I am committed to a partnership while on this journey of healing.
Education & Experience
As an experienced Clinician of over 30 years, I bring my formal BSW and MSW education from Rutgers University. This is complimented by over 25 years of mental health experience with the DOD. I witness regularly how EMDR helps Clients successfully move through some of the most difficult experiences in their lives. It is an honor to be asked to partner with someone on this journey. My passion for healing has exponentially grown as I have continued to learn more about traveling and navigating through mental health experiences.
