About Me
Hi, I’m Jasmine! I’m a trauma-informed therapist passionate about walking alongside people on their unique journeys of healing and growth. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges, with a special focus on supporting new parents through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early years of parenthood. My experience as a parent has deepened my understanding of how overwhelming and transformative this season of life can be. It’s what fuels my passion for helping others feel supported, seen, and empowered during times of major transition. In my work, I help clients process unresolved trauma, shift painful narratives, and reconnect with a deeper sense of safety, trust, and self-worth. My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I blend EMDR, parts work, somatic tools, and inner child healing to meet you where you are. I also incorporate CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based strategies depending on your goals and needs. No matter where you are in your journey—adjusting to a new season of life, carrying the weight of past experiences, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again—I offer a non-judgemental space to work through it. I work with adults from all walks of life and am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients. If it's meaningful to you, I'm also happy to incorporate faith and spirituality into our work together as part of a holistic approach.
Education & Experience
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Arizona and certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from San Diego State University. My clinical work is rooted in a deep commitment to trauma-informed, affirming care and lifelong learning. I’ve completed advanced training in EMDR therapy and continue to seek out education and advanced trainings that supports my work with trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, and perinatal mental health. It takes courage to get started with therapy, and I honor that in you. I invite you to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation if you think we’d be a good fit, or if you have any questions!
