Dr. Jason is a trauma-focused therapist who works with youth, adults, couples, and first responders. His clinical practice focuses on PTSD, OCD, anxiety, trauma, and the impact of high-stress life experiences.

Dr. Peterson integrates EMDR with evidence-based approaches including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, and other trauma-informed interventions. His approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored specifically to each client’s needs.

With a professional background that includes experience as a firefighter, Jason brings a strong understanding of the unique pressures faced by first responders and others working in high-stress environments. He is passionate about supporting anyone who has experienced PTSD or trauma, helping clients process difficult experiences, reduce the impact of the past, and move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and freedom to live the life they deserve.
