About Me

I specialize in working with clients who have complex development trauma and attachment wounds from having emotionally unavailable parents. I use Mindfulness and Ayurvedic techniques to teach self soothing and self-care and EMDR to desensitize and reprocess traumatic memories causing disturbances. I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania with my husband and two little boys. We love going to the park and eating ice cream. I enjoy meditation, yoga, and the outdoors.
