About Me

Hello! My name is Jean and I got into EMDR therapy after I was an EMDR client. I was amazed at the results and how much the change stuck. As a therapist, what more could I want more for my clients? I now focus on how EMDR can be useful in treating complex PTSD, persistent depression, low self-esteem, long term pervasive feelings of "can't be bothered," or a general sense of not being able to get anywhere in life. I often pull in other theories and techniques as needed and I strongly believe in the effects of the body on mental health and vice versa.
