About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR-certified therapist specializing in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and relationship healing. My approach combines EMDR with a trauma-informed lens to help clients process painful experiences and reconnect with their inner strength. I also integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples seeking deeper connection and resilience. With a commitment to compassionate care, I provide telehealth services for teens, adults, and couples in Wyoming, Utah, and Arizona. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing feels possible and hope can take root.

Education & Experience

I received my MSW at Walden University and have worked in inpatient and out patient settings as a clinical mental health provider. I currently work via Telehealth through Headway under my name, Jeanette Nelson. My practice name is Wild Path Counseling. I have been working in the clinical mental health field for five years.
