About Me

Hello! I primarily work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, trauma-related disorders, eating disorders, and BPD. I have been fortunate to have worked with and am passionate in working with the Asian, Asian-American (and other POC), and LGBTQ+ communities. I utilize Attachment-Focused EMDR and talk therapy, Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and interventions from Narrative Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
