About Me

Book a free consultation at: https://jen.black/. Welcome, I’m Jen Black, an Integrative Practitioner on the path to UKCP accreditation. Based in Berlin, I collaborate with clients internationally. I combine trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches to support lasting, meaningful change. In our sessions, you’ll find a blend of curiosity and compassion with structured, goal-oriented work. Together, we’ll challenge unhelpful patterns, reframe limiting beliefs, and foster healthier relationships with yourself and others. We’ll build emotional intelligence, confidence, and nervous system regulation to navigate life with more clarity and simplicity. I see my work as both creative and political, and I’m especially passionate about supporting members of Creative, FLINTA, BIPOC, and Expat communities. I follow the UKCP code of ethics and standards, continuously developing my practice under the guidance of a certified UKCP supervisor.
