I work with individuals seeking support for Trauma/PTSD, EMDR, Religious Trauma & Spiritual Abuse, Cult survivors, Anxiety, Stress, Burnout, Body Image, and Identity Development. I foundationally utilize person-centered, trauma informed, attachment-based, and somatic practices like EMDR and parts work. I strive to provide a non-judgmental safe space where you feel comfortable to address and heal from harm and trauma. I am passionate about working from a Health At Every Size®, body-liberation, and anti-oppressive framework.
